安装注意事项Installation notes

侧装法
● 选择能承受的机床侧面装上厂家提供的三脚架(装法如空调室外机)
● 选择烟雾（油雾）源，装上已加贴密封条的法兰，在法兰外侧打上玻璃胶，套上软管，用喉箍收紧
● 在净化机上安装回油管

3.1.5支架安装法
● 根据机床的高度，选择不同高度的落地支架
● 用膨胀螺丝将支架固定在地坪上
● 用螺栓将净化机固定在支架上
● 在机床合适位置，开具风口
● 设备上的进风口法兰用于设备与机床的风管连接，安装时将软管套上法兰，再用喉箍将其固定。另一端以同样方式将软管与机床上预制法兰连接固定
● 设备上的回油管用于初级过滤下的油量返回机床，再次使用，安装
  时将配置的橡胶软管与回油管固定，并用喉箍固定。另一头放入机床冷却油箱内，或用其它油桶收集即可
● 设备上的电源进线孔，安装时将电源线从此孔穿入，参照内部接线图将导线接入相应的接线端子，另一头与电源连接即可


四 操作说明
● 检查接入电源是否准确无误
●检查检修门是否关紧
● 配电箱内部的空开是否合上
● 开启启动开关，设备投入正常运转
五 维护保养
