广杰高效静电技术原理—辉光电离

核心技术 辉光电离【高效净化，行业良好】
起晕阶段：在一定的直流电压作用下，负极性电晕或正极性电晕均在放电电极附近聚焦起空间电荷及高能电子，为了将臭氧的产生量降至较低，广杰静电油烟净化器采用正电电离技术。

流光电离阶段：起晕阶段完成后，随着直流电压的进一步升高，高能电子及空间电荷将进一步转化为自由电子及自由电荷，在此阶段，正电荷被驱往远离电极的空间，形成正离子；臭氧也主要产生于此阶段。

辉光电离阶段：在电极达到流光电离电压后，电场继续加强，负离子被吸进电极，出现
脉冲电晕电流，而正离子则扩算到间隙空间，随着电晕电流的脉冲频率增加，即进入辉光电离阶段，此时两较附近形成柱状空间电荷区，电荷的能量与稳定性达到较强。而将静电场控制在辉光电离阶段则是静电净化的核心技术之一。

火花放电阶段:若在辉光电离阶段后持续长高电场强度，复试脉冲电流将持续增强，较终导致间隙击穿。

广杰高效静电技术原理

**阶段：广杰采用正极电离技术，通过6000多伏电压产生电晕并释放阳离子，阳离子撞击空气分子，产生更多的离子，形成雪崩效应。

*二阶段：远离电晕区后，阳离子会被周围空气分子吸附，从而使气体分子带上正电荷，在强电场作用下向负极板移动。
*三阶段：细小颗粒物会阻挡带有正电荷的空气分子的飞行，并粘附其在一起。细小颗粒物不断吸收正电荷的分子，直至饱和。细小颗粒物从而带上足量的正电荷。

*四阶段：带正电荷的细小颗粒物在集尘区电场力的作用下向负极板运动，并被其牢牢吸附。负极板吸附厚厚一层灰后需要清洗恢复能力。

11.风向问题：设备出厂均设定为左进风（面对净化器电气箱的门），风向流动邮左进风，反之则为右进风）。若现场需用右进风，电场旋转180°，将弹簧接头由下方移至上方，再将高压线对换则完成了由左进风调整为右进风之过程。wind problem: equipment factory was set up at the left Jinfeng (face purifier electric box door), wind flow post left Jinfeng, whereas right into the wind). 劣质油烟净化产品引发的问题？
火灾隐患
由于**过90%的油烟净化器的生产者不具备产品研发的能力，且不能形成规模生产的优势，导致生产的产品主要是以模仿为主，但是在净化器高压电离器这个核心部件的技术很难掌握。一旦高压产生器在电离过程中，出现高频率的电弧现场，就会导致含在空气中的水分子分离氢分子，从而产生明火，明火点燃机体内部收集的油污，特别在夏天，室内外温度比较高，很*发生火灾，造成不可估量的损失。

电气*隐患
由于静电油烟净化器机体内部会出现高压电流，如果遇到没有采取保护的油烟净化器，对人身*是有严重的隐患，由于劣质油烟净化器主要是以成本为导向，整机和设备零件也没有 CE、UL等*部门的认证，根本不安装电器*类的防护产品，导致机体漏电，无法开户电控箱的现状。更不能清洗和保养。
